We are looking for an Art Director to lead our creative studio, someone who loves designing, thinks strategically, and enjoys mentoring a creative team to deliver exceptional work.

About the Role:
As our Art Director, you will:

• Lead the creative studio, including graphic designers and video editors.
• Design and develop brand identities, visual systems, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
• Create creative concepts and visual directions for a wide range of clients.
• Review and elevate all creative work before client delivery.
• Mentor and support the creative team, encouraging growth and excellence.
• Coordinate closely with Account Managers to ensure projects run smoothly.
• Manage studio priorities, deadlines, and creative workflow.
• Maintain the highest standards of design quality across every project.
• Stay informed on design trends while creating timeless, strategic work.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in branding or creative agencies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, identity design, and creative campaigns.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience with Figma.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to think strategically as well as creatively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience leading or mentoring creative teams is highly desirable.

Bonus Skills:

• Motion graphics or video direction.
• Experience working within the real estate, architecture, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
• Knowledge of AI-powered creative tools and workflows.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media creative.
